The challenge
The property manager was drowning in communication across multiple channels, spending hours a day manually answering tenant DMs, chasing overdue payments one message and phone call at a time, and fielding constant phone interruptions that left no room for focused work.
How we solved it
We built a conversational AI chatbot that now handles all inbound direct messages. It triages queries, resolves common questions instantly, and routes the complex ones to the right person, so the manager only deals with what genuinely needs them.
For accounts receivable, we implemented an automated debt recovery system. When an invoice goes overdue, it triggers an escalating sequence, starting with automated text messages and progressing to AI-powered phone calls, removing the time-consuming and uncomfortable job of chasing tenants by hand.
